Terms & Conditions
Redesign Terms
We offer up to two redesigns if requested by the customer. Make sure to send in your feedback with design changes within 15 days of receiving your latest design concept. If we don’t hear from you within 15 days, your designer will close your project. If you, however, want to request changes after 15 days, your request will undergo a review before we can commit.
Shopping Lists
Our shopping lists are formed to help you closely mimic the look we provide in our designs. Due to the fact that we do not have an inventory of furniture and decor to upsell you, we don’t always have the exact models of pieces at our disposal for renderings. However, our aim is always to create a shopping list that is as close as possible to the images we present you and will still achieve the look! Shopping lists are formulated with one recommendation per piece.
Alternative items can be, but are not required to be, offered in the shopping list.
Timelines
Project & design order timelines may vary according to depth and scale of work to be completed. Single room designs, most often, but not always, follow a 14 day timeline from initial day of work to first completed design. Shopping lists are provided following the customer’s approval of their design.
Refund Policy
It is understood that the customer is hiring The Masculine Home based on the artistic design style of the brand and its members. It can be expected that designs will be heavily influenced by the perspective of The Masculine Home. No refunds shall take place after work has begun, unless determined otherwise by The Masculine Home.
